About

I started this blog years ago, initially to scratch the need to express myself in writing, and since then it has been taking shape and coming into focus, to make it a blog with a difference. I have also become an author of a book as a result of the years of work I have done on the blog.

As a tall individual who has had struggles all my life and has learned to overcome the challenges life throws at me, I am on a mission to help others with their similar experiences, and support them in their journey by validating their feelings and showing them they are not alone in this.

My principle is that if it doesn’t kill you, it does make you stronger… but mostly it should make you laugh. My goal is to encourage my readers and followers to embrace differences and look at them through the prism of laughter, by changing their mindset. This is what my book is about, too, whether you are tall or not. It is a book for the Tall from the Tall, but also for those who feel different, from someone who has always felt different.

On this blog, and in my book, I offer you validation that what you feel and go through as too tall (or too “something”) others go through as well, so you are not alone in your struggles.

My mission, as a blogger and an author, is to inspire others to embrace their uniqueness and strive towards becoming the best version of themselves while navigating life’s challenges with humour, confidence, and resilience.

    • This is a very good question! My 10-year old daughter is also the height of a small adult. I think that younger generations are taller than ours used to be??
