Those of you who follow my rock music posts will know: Royal Hunt is one of my favourite bands, so my excitement will come as no surprise. On Monday, the band announced their intention to release a new album later in the year.

When I interviewed their lead singer DC Cooper a few months ago, he mentioned the idea of crowd funding his solo album. This is what the band have decided to do, too.
