One of the perks of being a blogger is having great partnerships and getting to hear news directly from the source. If you are tall and based in the US, likelihood is you know this already, as you shop with TallSlim. My blog is based in the UK though, so perhaps this will help some of my readers based in this country to source clothes more easily.

I have in the past done reviews of this tall retailer on a few occasions: in 2016, 2017 (when they launched a female t-shirt line, too), and earlier this year, and can happily vouch that what they produce is good quality and definitely a perfect fit for a tall person. They now have some great news: expanding their range and rebranding from TallSlim Tees to TallSlim Apparel. I was lucky enough to have them send me two freebies again – or should I say, the lucky person was my teen. Here is what we gratefully received:

Quarter Zip Jacket

This is currently on sale for $30 (down from $55), and looking at the item description on their website, it has 5-star reviews all over it. I can understand why: this piece is just lovely! It fits my 6ft 6″ boy perfectly; look at the sleeves length, too: perfect. It’s more of a lightweight hoodie, so not quite suitable for the coldest of winters, but if you pair it up with a warm coat, it should still work at lower temperatures. The good news is that it washes well, which is evidenced by the fact that my offspring practically lives in it and I’ve washed it a couple of times already. So, if you are looking for a smart but also everyday hoodie, this may well be what you want.

Triblend Easy Care Dress Shirt

Admittedly, we haven’t tried washing this, as my son just hasn’t had the occasion to wear a proper shirt recently, but it does look nice and smart, perfect for the office or any smart occasion. As this shirt seems to be a more snug fit, it may be a good idea to check the size guide before you order, to avoid it being too tight.

TallSlim did have some fairly good Black Friday offers, but even without that their prices are fairly reasonable, so head over to their website to check them out.
